How does your salon foster a culture of education and competition?

My salon, the Beauty Lounge MPLS , creates a space for my creative ambitions. It’s located in an arts building in the heart of NE MPLS, a neighbor which encourages artistic expression. Melissa Taylor, my salons owner gives me on hand education, and we are always sending each other education videos and hair inspirations. We build together. It’s the first time I’ve been in a salon as a stylist and I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor!
