Today, I need your help to help our less fortunate fellow stylists that have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

Why am I speaking to this topic?

Because, in light of the devastation left by Hurricane Sandy and the devastating results it has had on our fellow brothers and sisters. We must unify and come together to help because no one is going to help our own except you and I….are you starting to get the picture....it needs to be “by us for us” to ensure we secure our collective future.

We all dream for a Bright and Healthy Future

We all work very hard to earn a living and want the best for our selves and loved ones. And as we know too well the future is unknown and there may be some bumps in the road for all of us. Have you ever given any thought to how you would survive a tragedy, natural or otherwise? What would you do if you were not able to make a living tomorrow because your business was wiped out or your home was torn apart by a storm?

[box] I feel that as an industry, hairdressers are some of the most resilient and giving people in the world.[/box]

As a Group We Can make a Difference and Help Those Who Have Been Affected

We must all remove our jerseys and get busy helping, getting involved. There are cut-a-thons happening all over the country, on December 10th, Christine Zilinski (salonconcrete@gmail.com) is trying to build momentum for a cut-a thon, please get involved.
