Beacon 2017
WHAT IS BEACON?
The Professional Beauty Association’s Beacon program is a renowned program designed to encourage and inspire beauty industry students to effectively prepare for successful careers. Consisting of two elements – a competition open to all qualifying students and a live, educational event in Las Vegas for top-scoring entrants – Beacon students gain the tools and confidence they need to jump-start their careers!
By submitting an application to the Beacon competition, 100 winners and 200 honorable mentions will be chosen to attend PBA Beauty Week with specialized student education in Las Vegas, Nevada.
ELIGIBILITY
To compete, you must be a student enrolled in an appropriate program (cosmetology, esthetics, nail technicians, etc.) in the u.s. or canada. former beacon attendees are not eligible to re-apply.
Eligibility dates for 2017 are november 1st, 2016 – january 19, 2017.
Note: you must be 18 years of age or older to attend the beacon event in las vegas.
