Tell us about the moment you knew that one day you would be a hair stylist?
When I would get a haircut, I’d sit in the chair and be so mesmerized by the person cutting my hair and I saw myself doing it.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself being a more experienced stylist, and more hungry to learn.
How does competing help you as an artist?
For one , it’s get you out of your comfort zone, it helps you to be more confident, and you learn from other people.
What one word describes how you felt when you found out you were a finalist?
Speechless
What’s one thing you would have told yourself on the first day of cosmetology school knowing what you know now?
To be more confident and not to be afraid to make mistakes and learn from them
What do you think the biggest struggle stylists are experiencing in the industry today?
Staying comfortable in knowing what they know.

I’m pretty shy.
What traumatic hairstyle have you been guilty of rocking?
Back when I was younger , I would slick my bangs down to the right me put so much gel and hairspray in my hair to give me the wet look. Lol
I knew I was a Hair Nerd when…
On my down time, I would practice new braids on my mannequin’s hair while my boyfriend was asking me to spend time with me. Lol
