My life story – ha! I was raised on a farm and still love being there, there is a sense of peacefulness and beauty; and I now live back in the small town close to where I was raised enjoying lots of time with my family of 2 children and a understanding husband. Professionally, I am the North American Color Director for Schwarzkopf Professional, I have been with Schwarzkopf for 18 years where I travel internationally educating, training teams, and creating new trends globally. I still maintain a few of my clients that I have had for the last 19 or so years, and keep dabbling on personal collections, and do a fair amount of editorial work for magazines.
If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
Good question ~ hair is my passion! Knowing me I would be doing something interesting! I believe in DREAMS have WINGs… IT would be the matter of ‘what would be my dream if it was not hair!’

I knew i was a Hair Nerd when…
The day, when I was 8 years old and my mother took me to her hairdresser… I remember walking into a very cool looking salon, great music, lots of happy people, the smell of shampoo and seeing many hair trophies. When I asked about the trophies and how he won them… I knew I was going to be a ‘hair nerd’. I knew this industry had so much more to offer; with so many doors to open and explore – from being behind the chair, to a platform artist, competitions, photoshoots or even being a creative director. Skies the limit … to being a hair nerd and I knew this was for me!
